J U D G M E N T

The validity of the regular permit issued to the petitioner has expired. However the application for renewal of the regular permit is pending.

2. Ext.P1 temporary permit issued to the petitioner is however in force. The petitioner seeks a permitless certificate to transfer the vehicle.

3. Ext.P2 application filed in this regard is pending consideration. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application within a period of two weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
