JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
i. Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction to directing the respondents to grant a pass to the petitioner after taking the royalty to transit the extracts of the fish pond from the petitioner's property.
ii. Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful work of the fish pond of the petitioner. 2.
If the petitioner makes requisite application for O(A) forms to remove the sand from the fish pond, that application shall be considered in terms of Ext.P3 circular within ten days of making such application by the petitioner. It is made clear that the petitioner shall make appropriate application before the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
