JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has filed a comprehensive writ petition questioning the constitutional validity of Section 7(1)(c) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. According to him, in the light of the fact that the petitioner has filed a comprehensive writ petition, the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court dismisses the writ petition as having been withdrawn.
