J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, a Manager of a School suspended the 3rd respondent in pursuance to the FIR and Ext.P3 complaint as is evidenced at Ext.P4. The said suspension order was rejected by the AEO and directed reinstatement of the 3rd respondent as is evidenced by Ext.P5. As against Ext.P5, the petitioner filed a revision petition before the Government. Ext.P6 revision is dated 23.09.2015. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the same.

2. In such circumstances, the 1st respondent shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P6, after affording the revision petitioner an opportunity of hearing, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the merits of the case.

Writ petition is disposed of.
