J U D G M E N T
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is arraigned as the 8th accused in Crime No.1281/2011 of Neyyattinkara Police Station, presently pending as Crime No.1020/CR/2011 CBCID, Thiruvananthapuram, for the offences punishable under Sections 489B and 489C IPC.

According to the petitioner, accidentally, a fake currency note of the denomination of ₹500/- happened to come to his hotel where, a business approximately to the tune of ₹50,000/- is going on daily. The petitioner has sought for an expeditious investigation in the matter. 3.
It has been reported that the investigation is complete. A final report has been prepared and the same

has been sent by the investigating officer to the higher official for approval. When the investigation is over, this writ petition can be closed at present with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court again in case of any further grievance on getting the final report.
