JUDGMENT

The vehicle is a 16 seater even though it is wrongly entered as 13 in Ext. P1 certificate of registration. The petitioner wants the number of seats to be entered correctly in the certificate of registration for which there can be no objection.

The petitioner is free to produce the vehicle and the certificate of registration before the respondent. The respondent shall thereupon endorse the correct seating capacity in the registration certificate of the vehicle. The writ petition is disposed of.
