J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached the first respondent for certified copy of purchase certificate. It appears that files are not traceable.

2. This Court is of the view that necessary steps shall be taken by the first respondent to trace out the files and issue certified copy. Needful shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In the event, it is impossible to trace out the files, the first respondent shall issue necessary certificate certifying the issuance of purchase certificate.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
