JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P4 representation pending with the second respondent. The petitioner alleges that the third respondent is indulging in unauthorised construction which however is strongly refuted.
2.
It is for the second respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation with due advertance to the judgment dated 25.09.2015 in W.P.(C). No. 26787/2015. The orders shall be passed on Ext. P4 representation with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent within a period of one month. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
