J U D G M E N T

The petitioners seek adherence of Ext.P5 order in the matter of issuing the permit and allotment of timings. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation in the light of Ext.P5 order.

2. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioners, the third respondent and other interested parties. The exercise shall be completed within a period of one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
