The petitioner seeks promotion as Assistant Transport Officer with retrospective effect from the date on which his immediate junior was promoted. The petitioner points out that Ext.P2 decision of the Departmental Promotion Committee not to grant promotion for want of declaration of probation is bad. It is the case of the petitioner that he has no role in the declaration of probation time.
2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
