JUDGMENT
A timing conference is slated on 05.10.2015 as per Ext.P3 notice. It is stated that a time slot would be allotted therein to the second respondent to operate service. The petitioner has put in Ext.P4 objection as regards the time slot proposed. The petitioner seeks a direction to consider Ext.P4 objection before the finalised the timings.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection by the first respondent. The petitioner as well as the second respondent and other operators shall be heard in the exercise.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
