J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P4 application. The same has been filed to replace the existing vehicle operating service on the route.

2. The existing vehicle though a later model vehicle can be replaced by an older vehicle. The only essential condition is that the vehicle should be road worthy.

3. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
