JUDGMENT

Ext.P2 application for re-issue temporary permit is pending consideration. The validity of Ext.P1 temporary permit issued to the petitioner is valid till 16.10.2015.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The application shall be considered taking note of the temporary need for service.

The petitioner is permitted to operate service as before till orders are passed on Ext.P2 application. The petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of this judgment before the respondent within two days. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
