J U D G M E N T

The temporary permit issued to the petitioner under Ext.P5 order has already expired. It is stated that the petitioner proposes to apply for re-issue of temporary permit. The petitioner has a grievance that the timings have not yet been settled after convening a conference.

2. I direct the respondent to convene a timing conference in respect of the route KuttiadyKozhikode-Guruvayur. The same shall be done with notice to the operators within a period of three weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
