JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P1 application for replacement of the vehicle. The petitioner relies on Ext. P3 judgment to contend that the No Objection of the financier is not required for the purpose of replacement of the vehicle. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P1 application with due advertance to Ext. P3 judgment untrammeled by Ext. P2 notice. The same shall be done after hearing the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of.
