JUDGMENT

The issue pertains to the reckoning of the period of leave without allowance in the absence of a medical certificate availed by the petitioner for the period from his initial service till 10.06.2010. The petitioner relies on Ext. P4 judgment in W.P.(C). No. 10687/2013 of this Court in this regard. Ext. P7 representation put in by the petitioner for reckoning the qualifying service for pension is pending consideration with the first respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P7 representation with due advertance to Ext. P4 judgment. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
