JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent No.4 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioners' case in the writ petition is that both of them were major and have given a notice for marriage under the Special Marriage Act on 16.09.2015. It is submitted that the 4th respondent, father of first petitioner, has lodged a complaint regarding the missing of first petitioner and Crime No.1549 of 2015 has been registered at the police station concerned. Petitioners' apprehend threat to their life and has come up with this writ petition seeking police protection.
3. In view of the fact that crime has been registered, the first petitioner has to appear before the police/Judicial Magistrate. Learned Government Pleader submits that in the event the first petitioner appears before the
WP(C) No.30046 of 2015 -:2:- 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent shall provide adequate police protection for producing her before the Judicial Magistrate. Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader, we close the Writ Petition.
