J U D G M E N T

SHAFFIQUE, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging police harassment. It is stated that he had certain transaction with the 3rd respondent in respect of providing visa to Kuwait. Though the petitioner has arranged visa to the 3rd respondent, she has not paid the full amount. However, at the instance of the 3rd respondent, the police is unnecessarily calling the petitioner and harassing him.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instruction would submit that the petitioner was summoned on the complaint filed by the husband of the 3rd respondent. The matter was enquired into by the police and the petitioner did not appear in person though he was summoned. Subsequently, the complaint had been closed on 3.10.2015.

3. In the said circumstance, we do not think that the allegation of harassment has any basis. The police had summoned the petitioner only to enquire into the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent's husband. We take on record the submission of the learned Government Pleader. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
