J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:

"i.

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other direction commanding the 2nd respondent to release the security deposit of Rs.50,000/- entitled to this petitioner as per Ext.P1, without any further delay.

ii.

To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts of the case."

Petitioner submits that he has cancelled the registration and he wants to release the security deposit.

This Court is of the view that the security deposit shall be released to the petitioner if there are no pending dues from him. This shall be done

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
