JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks for the issuance of regular permit granted as per Ext.P3 proceedings.

I direct the respondent to issue the granted permit after settlement of timings within a period of one month.

The petitioner is in the meanwhile free to apply for a temporary permit. Any application for temporary permit shall be considered within a period of one week. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
