JUDGMENT

Ext.P2 order issuing temporary permit to the second respondent inter alia reads as follows:

"The timings above are purely provisional and subject to revision if required in a timing conference."

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 objection in regard to the timings allotted to the second respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection if and when the second respondent files a further application for re-issue of temporary permit. The first respondent shall also endeavour to settle the timings on the route expeditiously after notice to all the operators. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
