J U D G M E N T

Two aspects are evident from Ext.P3 order impugned in this writ petition and the statement filed by the second respondent. They are as follows:- i) The proposed line does not cross the residential building of the petitioner.

ii) Only a weather proof line of length 8 meters would be drawn across the property of the petitioner.

The petitioner wants the above facts to be recorded in the judgment and it is so done. This is to allay apprehension of any violation of the undertaking by the respondents later.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
