JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P5 application filed for replacement of the existing vehicle operating service on the route. 2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P5 application with due advertance to Ext. P6 judgment in W.P.(C). No. 5509/2014 within a period of three weeks. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner. The fact that the vehicle used for replacement is a leased one does not matter as held in Ext. P6 judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
