J U D G M E N T

The writ petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the Police to trace out her missing husband. During the writ proceeding, it was reported that the petitioner's husband is happy and comfortable somewhere else with another lady. However, the Police was directed to file report in court. The Police has accordingly submitted report stating the facts. But now there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Nobody is present in court to make submissions. It appears that the writ petitioner would accept the statement that her husband is living happily somewhere else with another lady.
