J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was a dealer for stock and sale of ordinary earth. The petitioner submits that licence was period was expired on 31.3.2015. The petitioner submits that he wants to transport existing stock of ordinary earth from the premises based on the licence.

The petitioner approached this Court seeking direction to issue necessary OA forms to enable him to transport ordinary earth. This Court is of view that the Geologist shall verify the existing stock of the ordinary earth and if it is found that it is validly stocked, necessary O.A form shall be issued to the petitioner to transport ordinary earth. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after conducting a site verification.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
