JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P5 application filed for replacement of the vehicle. The petitioner points out that the existing vehicle can be replaced by a leased vehicle as held in Ext. P6 judgment.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P5 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of.
