JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-05-Q-4010 in the route Kattakampal - Anchangady. It is submitted that the timings of the service was last settled on 10.01.2012 and thereafter several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed. In such circumstance, the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings, by Ext.P1 dated 24.10.2014. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.

2. Ext.P1 application is seen to have received in the office of the respondent on 28.10.2014, vide endorsement made on the copy of the same. Therefore, it is directed that the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of

WP(C).No.30526 of 2014 - 2 - three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the revision if any made will be subject to any further revision in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
