J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached the second respondent complaining that the third respondent is operating taxi based on a benefit granted to the petitioner by the first respondent to operate the taxi in the premises of Cochin International Airport. Ext.P2 is the complaint. 2.

In view of Ext.P2 complaint, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate decision in Ext.P2 after hearing the petitioner and the third respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
