V. CHITAMBARESH, J -------------------------------- WP(C) NOs. 30327, 30666 & 30824 OF 2015 ----------------------------------------------------------- Dated this the 15th day of October, 2015
JUDGMENT
There is a good lot of confusion about the last date of payment of fee by the students to the University. A nicer distinction is sought to be made by the University about the difference in dates. Such distinction is made on the basis of admission made under CAP (Centralised Allotment Process) and in the Management Quota.
2.
The fact remains that the delay (even if there is any) does not exceed three days in total. This is eminently a fit case where the delay if any has to be condoned by the University. Representations put in by the petitioners are pending with the University. Such representations shall be dealt with and the delay if any condoned.
3.
I take note of the fact that the last date for admission is over and it is reported that the students have been admitted in time. No purpose would be served by not accepting the fee and allowing the seats to go vacant. The University shall pass
WP(C) Nos. 30327, 30666 & 30824 of 2015 appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from today. The University shall verify whether the students have been admitted to the course before the dead line or not.
The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
