JUDGMENT
The grievance in the above writ petition is that the petitioner was not issued with provisional certificate. The reason for such non-issue was that the petitioner having failed in one subject of the 5th semester examination.
2. In the counter affidavit of the University, it is indicated that the petitioner had applied for the failed subject in the supplementary examination and had qualified. The petitioner has, then, been issued with a certificate also.
Resultantly, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
