J U D G M E N T

The petitioners object to parking of taxi vehicles in front of their shop room. It is open to the petitioners to submit a detailed representation enumerating their objections to the first respondent. Any such representation shall be placed by the first respondent before the Regional Transport Authority. 2.

The Regional Transport Authority shall thereupon take a decision as regards the parking of the taxi vehicles. The petitioners as well as other interested persons shall be put on notice and heard. The exercises shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
