J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is stated that respondents 4 to 6, who are neighbours are on inimical terms with the petitioner and their family members on account of erection of an electric post which fell down due to rain. It is stated that respondents 4 to 6 with certain identifiable persons trespassed into the petitioner's property and has threatened the petitioner and her husband. They were also threatened that they will incriminate the petitioner's son in criminal case. Though complaint was filed before the police, no action had been taken in the matter and therefore, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that based on Ext.P1 complaint and also the complaint given by the Kerala State Electricity Board, sufficient police
W.P(C) No.30354/15 -:2:- protection had been granted to erect the electric post. Thereafter, the matter has been under the constant vigil of the police as well. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would however submit that even after erection of the new post, there is continuous threat from respondents 4 to 6 and their men. If there is any such complaint regarding commission of offence or attempt to commit offence, on the compliant of the petitioner, police shall look into the matter and do the needful.
