The petitioners seek regularisation of their service. They rely on the provisions of Ext.P2 bilateral agreement. Ext.P3 representation put in by the petitioners is pending consideration. 2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the first petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
