JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks for consideration of Ext.P9 application filed for re-issuance of temporary permit. The validity of Ext.P8 temporary permit issued to the petitioner expires on 6.10.2015.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P9 application with notice to the petitioner within one week. The petitioner shall be permitted to operate service as before till orders are passed on Ext.P9 as stipulated. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
