JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 application filed for replacement of the vehicle. The petitioner points out that the existing vehicle can be replaced by an older model vehicle provided that it is roadworthy.

2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks. The fact that a later model vehicle can be replaced by an older model vehicle provided it is roadworthy is concluded by this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.
