JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the respondent for environment clearance. The application appears to have been filed on 5.8.2015. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in considering the application.

This Court is of the view, the report from the appraisal committee shall be obtained within two months. Thereafter, based on the seniority of the applications, it shall be disposed without any delay.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
