---------------------------------- W.P. (C) Nos. 30418 & 30442 of 2015 ---------------------------------- Dated this the 7th day of October, 2015.
JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent society, apart from perusing the record.
2. Both the writ petitions raise an identical issue involving the same set of respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has brought to my notice that earlier this Court through Ext.P3 judgment (in W.P.(C) No. 30418/205) disposed of a batch of writ petitions under similar circumstances. According to him, the present writ petitions can also be disposed of with the same direction, as has been given in Ext.P3. In the facts and circumstances, this Court disposes of the writ petitions in the light of the ratio laid down in Ext.P3 judgment. As a result, it is made clear that the claim of the petitioners shall also be considered simultaneously along with those of the petitioners in Ext.P3.
