JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application filed for replacement of the vehicle operating service on the route. There is no inhibition in law to replace the later model vehicle with an older model vehicle provided the same is road worthy.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of three weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
