JUDGMENT
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipality has represented that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner, the Municipality granted the building permit on 08.01.2015.
2. Accordingly, in the light of the said subsequent development, nothing survives in the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed with the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipality.
