J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter.

2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. The petitioner's case is in the writ petition is that he is an accused in Crime No.985/15. He submits that he has already been granted bail, but he had been called to the Police Station and had been manhandled. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 complaint before the City Police Commissioner making allegations against the respondents. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration and he further submits that the petitioner, as a condition in bail, has to come up in the Police Station and sign. We do not find any

W.P.(C)No.30446 of 2015 kind of harassment by the police authorities. Hence we close this writ petition.
