J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the arrears of revised pension as well as the pensionary benefits on the basis of Ext.P2 agreement. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P4 representation which is pending disposal.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
