J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is a Lower Division Clerk in the Kizhakkambalam Grama Panchayath.

She was denied L.L.B.Admission for the reason that the petitioner has not produced the relieving order from the Panchayath. By the interim order, the petitioner was given admission.

2. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that there shall be a direction to the Kizhakkambalam Grama Panchayath to take a decision for issuing relieving order on the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is given two months time to produce the relieving order before the first respondent. Admission granted already would be depended upon the relieving order to be produced by the petitioner. It is made clear that if the petitioner is unable to produce any relieving

order, it is open for the respondents to cancel the admission and recover the loss suffered to the State.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
