JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P1 application for temporary permit to operate service on the route Kodungalloor-Thrissur-Palakkad. The petitioner contends that the rejection of the application for renewal of regular permit is pending in appeal with the Tribunal. 2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within two weeks. The possibility of granting the temporary permit if there is no legal impediment shall be explored.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
