JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of monthly pension, gratuity amount, commuted value of pension, provident fund closure amount and leave surrender benefits. Exts.P4 and P5 representations put in by the petitioner are pending consideration.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts.P4 and P5 representations with notice to the petitioner within two months. Every endeavour shall be made to disburse the monthly pension due to the petitioner within one month. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
