JUDGMENT
The petitioner aggrieved by the order passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kasargode has approached Kerala State Consumer Redressal Commission in appeal. The petitioner also filed an application to condone delay in appeal.
2. The petitioner apprehends the execution of the order by arresting him.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, the execution petition ordered to be deferred for a period of three months, to work out the petitioner alternate remedy before the State Commission.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
