JUDGMENT

The regular permit granted to the petitioner under Ext.P1 proceedings not hitherto be issued.

I direct the respondent to issue regular permit after settlement of timings within one month. 3.

There will be a further direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application for temporary permit on the same route. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner within two weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
