JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P5 application for transfer of permit and Ext.P5(a) application for transfer of ownership. It is stated that the financier of the vehicle KL-06/F 2399 has already issued Ext.P6 no objection certificate. Ext.P6(a) affidavit of the other legal heirs of the deceased husband of the petitioner is also relied on.

I direct the respondent to pass orders on Exts.P5 and P5(a) applications in the light of Ext.P6 certificate and Ext.P6(a) affidavit. The same shall be done within a period of three months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
