JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for computed leave for 11 days on medical grounds was not sanctioned by the Headmistress. On account of this, salary was not paid for the month of October 2014. On account of the action of the Headmistress, petitioner approached the first respondent District Education Officer by Ext.P7. Petitioner's only request before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P7 by the first respondent. 2.
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate decision on Ext.P7 after hearing the petitioner and second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
