J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's contention is that the petitioner has been proceeded against departmentally on allegation of misconduct and has been suspended from service. The petitioner contends that the proceedings may be expedited, since he is out of employment.

The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent contends that proceedings have been initiated against two drivers, one of whom is the petitioner. Both the drivers have not, till date, appeared before the Enquiry Officer.

In such circumstance, on the appearance of the petitioner and the other delinquent employee the matter shall be expedited and shall be completed, if possible, within a period of four months from the date of appearance.

W.P.(C) No.30668/2015 -2It is made clear that the petitioner also has to co-operate in the enquiry.

Writ petition is disposed of.
