JUDGMENT

The petitioner has put in the necessary application for inclusion of the names of himself, his wife and daughter in the final electoral roll of Poovar Grama Panchayath. It is stated that the scrutiny is slated on 12.10.2015 and the petitioner also relies on Ext.P2 rent deed and Ext. P3 residential certificate.

I direct the respondent to advert to Ext. P2 rent deed and Ext. P3 residential certificate at the time of scrutiny. The petitioner is also free to present himself before the respondent at 10 A. M. on 12.10.2015 for the purpose.

The writ petition is disposed of.
